Abrasive sandblasting is a process of forcibly pushing the abrasive material stream onto the surface under high pressure to smooth the roughened surface, roughen the surface to form a surface or remove surface contaminants.

There are several variants of the process, the use of various media; some are highly weary, while others are milder. The most weary is shot peening (metal shot peening) and sand blasting (sand). Medium abrasive variants include glass bead spray (with glass beads) and sandblasted with ground plastic raw materials or media of walnut shells and corncobs. The gentle version is sodablasting (with baking soda).


With the continuous development of aluminum industry, more and more widely used anodic oxidation or chemical oxidation method. Auminum and aluminum alloy parts to produce a layer of oxide film, in order to achieve the purpose of a decorative protection. Chemical oxide obtained by the oxidation of the oxide film, the thickness is generally 0.3 ~ 4um, soft, wear and corrosion resistance are lower than the anodic oxide film.
