Product Details

Brief introduction:

Sheet metal processing technology for pre-test, trial production, small batch production or mass production.


Material: metal sheet material.  

Depending on the use and cost of the product, the material may be cold rolled steel (SPCC), hot rolled steel (SHCC), galvanized sheet (SECC, SGCC), copper (CU) brass, copper, beryllium copper, aluminum (6061, 5052, 6063), hard aluminum, etc.).


Production Process:

1.Get a solid drawing file or CAD drawing from our client.

2.Making the flat part on laser cutting machine.

3.Bending the flat part to geometry according to the CAD drawings.

4.Weld some split pieces together if it can’t be realized by bending process.

5.Break sharp edges and clean the surfaces if necessary.


Minimum Order Quantity: 1 piece.

Lead time: 5-7 working days.
