Brief introduction: 

Selective laser sintering (SLS) is a rapid prototyping process which uses high power lasers to melt small particle powders into layers at once. SLS rapid prototyping is an important process for functional testing and low volume manufacturing.

Material: sintered nylon powder(Nylon/Nylon 12).

Various materials can be used to produce prototypes, including nylon, metal and elastomer sintered nylon powder. They can be used for form, suitability and functional testing as well as limited run production. The solid physical properties of the base material make it ideal for aerospace applications and DDM.

Production Process:

1.Get a .stl format file from our client.

2.3D Print the product by SLS machine.

3.Debur and clean the surfaces.
