We just use 3D printing to make the prototype, not for production.
3D drawings of each part are needed to make the shape. Or you can send me your sample, we will make the prototype to you for confirmation.
As for the manufacture technology, vacuum casting is used for low volume production.
We often use zinc alloy die casting to make bodies, front and back covers.
And make other parts by plastic injection.
For the main body, we will spry paint it. And treat other color by pad/transfer painting or water sticker.
It takes much long time to create the new molds.
