Production Process:

1.Get a solid drawing file of product from our client.

2.Design the tooling mold.

3.Making the steel or aluminum mold.

Machining processes includes CNC machining, EDM, wire cutting for features can’t be made by CNC. Clean sharp edge and clean the surfaces.

4.Test the mold.

5.After samples is approved by our client, we will start the injection molding process.

Injection molding is the process of injecting plastic into aluminum or steel molds to form the desired part. Injection molding is a very good process for low cost and high volume production. Widely used in medical, automotive, industrial, construction, consumer goods and other industries.
