The principle of CNC model in processing:

    People who work in the hand board factory know that we generally process the upper and lower parts of the opponent board, also known as carving or carving and milling. However, many people do not have a clear idea of the role of the opponent board. We always feel that the board is trying to compare it with the finished product. We all know that the finished product is injection molded by using a steel mold. The cost of the steel mold is very high. The materials and injection molding materials are very good, so we can't compare with this one.

In order to achieve the purpose of verifying the rationality of product design, we sometimes need to dismantle and process, relying only on the two sides of the carving and milling, can not meet the product structure requirements. After dismantling it needs to be bonded and polished. However, some products require wear resistance, such as some bearings, gears and the like. In order to meet the requirements of wear resistance, we need to use Sai Gang material to do the prototypes.

The problem here is that the material of Sai Gang's material is not glued. Once it is opened, there is no way to bond it. We can only change one kind of material. That is ABS. The strength of ABS materials has been applied more and more widely in the Shouban industry. Especially in the first board of CNC machining, the range of ABS use is about 90%. Can be arbitrarily opened and processed, the strength after bonding will not be greatly affected, this is the ABS material popular plastic hand board product processing industry, a big reason.
