Stamping technology classification:

Stamping can be used to make small parts for watches and instruments, as well as large covers for cars and tractors. Stamping materials can use ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and certain non-metallic materials. In order to meet the requirements of stamping parts shape, size, precision, batch and raw material performance, a variety of stamping processing methods are used in production.


Stamping process and development direction:


In stamping, the special process equipment for processing materials (metal or non-metal) into parts (or semi-finished products) is called stamping die (referred to as die). The die is an indispensable process equipment in the realization of stamping processing, and the stamping part is "the same" relationship. If there is no die that meets the requirements, it can not produce qualified stamping parts; there is no advanced die, advanced stamping process It cannot be achieved.


Compared with the methods of machining and plastic working, stamping has many unique advantages both technically and economically.


: (1) The stamping process has high production efficiency, easy operation, and easy mechanization and automation. This is because the stamping relies on die and stamping equipment to complete the processing. The number of strokes of the ordinary press is dozens of times per minute, and the high-speed press can reach hundreds or even thousands of times per minute, and each press stroke can be obtained. One or more punches.


(2) The die ensures the size and shape accuracy of the stamping part during stamping, generally does not damage the surface quality of the stamping material, and the life of the die is generally long, so the quality of the stamping part is stable, the interchangeability is good, and it has the same “the same. feature.


(3) Stamping can process parts with large size range and complicated shape, such as small seconds from Zhongnong, large to automotive longitudinal beams, covering parts, etc., plus cold deformation hardening effect of stamping materials, stamping parts Both strength and stiffness are high.


(4) Stamping generally has no chip scraps, less material consumption, and no need for other heating equipment, so it is a material-saving and energy-saving processing method.


(5) The cost of stamping parts is low. However, the touch tool used in the stamping process generally has speciality. Sometimes a complex part requires several sets of molds to be processed, and the mold manufacturing has high precision and high technical requirements, and is a technology-intensive product. Therefore, only in the case of large batch production of stamping parts, the advantages of stamping processing can be fully reflected, thus obtaining better economic benefits.
