The adaptability of the sheet to the stamping forming process becomes the stamping forming property of the sheet, which includes: crack resistance, moldability and shape.
The so-called crack resistance refers to the ability of the stamping material to resist cracking, and is generally measured by parameters such as the forming limit;
Pasteability refers to the ability of a sheet to achieve conformity with the shape of a mold during stamping;
Shapeability refers to the ability of a part to retain its shape within the mold after demolding. Obviously, the greater the forming limit, the better the moldability and shapeability, the better the stamping and forming properties of the material.
